  • Upside Down Crab - Juicy baked crab meat stuffed into a half crab shell, served with toasted brioche bread - $30
  • Borshch - A hearty classic Russian broth with Angus beef brisket, slow cooked to perfection - $15 x2
  • Onion Soup with Pesto - Consommé of beef and herb-sautéed onions, served with melted cheese and croutons - $13
  • Honey Glazed Iberico Pork Chop - $38 (jia ling)
  • Fish en Papillotte - Halibut fillet wrapped in paper and baked in a tomato-based sauce to juicy tenderness, cut open in your presence - $40 (daddy)
  • Crispy Skin Salmon - Salmon steak grilled to crisp perfection, served in a lemon butter sauce - $45 x2 (me and mom)
  • Baked Alaska - Wellington of ice cream, sponge cake and meringue, flambéed with dark rum - Regular (2 to 4 pax) $36
  • claude rough caluclation for total price Subtotal: $303
  • In Singapore, most restaurants add 10% service charge and 9% GST (applied on top of service charge): - 10% service charge: 30.3030.30 → 333.30 - 9% GST: 30.00 30.00 → ~363.30 total
  • So the final bill should have come out to roughly 363,giveortakeafewdollarsdependingonwhetherShashlikroundsanythingorchargesdifferently.Iftheydidntaddservicecharge(somedont),itdbecloserto 363, give or take a few dollars depending on whether Shashlik rounds anything or charges differently. If they didn't add service charge (some don't), it'd be closer to ~330 instead.
